The TSA Verification Pipeline

To ensure maximum transactional security, ООО "АВТОДОРТРЕЙД-БТК" utilizes a fortified Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) protocol. This ensures that every metric ton of product is physically verified in API-certified tanks prior to financial settlement.

PHASE 01

TSA & Allocation

Upon LOI verification, we issue a formal Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) providing technical allocation of product in vetted industrial tanks.

PHASE 02

Q&Q Verification

Buyer-appointed inspection agencies (SGS or Bureau Veritas) conduct full Quantity and Quality (Q&Q) analysis at the Port of Loading.

PHASE 03

Dip Test Validation

A Dip Test Authorization (DTA) is issued to buyer's engineers, granting physical access to tanks for molecular specification confirmation.

PHASE 04

Logistic Execution

Upon verified inspection, final settlement is processed (MT103/SBLC), triggering the Loading Act and vessel departure sequence.

ASTM D1298: Precise Density and API Gravity validation ensuring contract compliance.

Sulfur Limits: Enforced Euro-5 and EN590 compliance audits (10ppm thresholds).
Molecular Scan: Gas Chromatography for hydrocarbon purity and water content testing.

Technical Storage Specifications

Storage Types: API 650 standard. Floating roof tanks for volatile light distillates; internally coated fixed-roof tanks for heavy crudes.
Injection Rates: Deep-water manifold systems capable of 12,000 to 15,000 metric tons per hour.
Security & Monitoring: Radar tank gauging (RTG) with continuous telemetry to our central logistics node.

Authorized Delivery Terms (Incoterms 2020)

FOB (Free On Board): Seller clears goods for export, buyer charters the vessel. Risk transfers at the ship's rail.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): Seller manages transit and marine insurance to the destination port.
TTO (Tanker Take Over): Title of a loaded, floating vessel is transferred to the buyer while on active waters.
